AllCom Global Services, Inc. (AllCom) maintains an ISO 9001:2000 compliant Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS sets the standard for our processes that Project Managers use to implement and monitor our product and service quality that is key to successful performance-based contracting. Throughout the QMS documentation process, AllCom has identified and developed processes to maintain the highest level of quality and continuously improve processes. AllCom’s QMS dictates the attention and control that must be given to all facets of a product or service to maximize quality, deliver desired result, and ensure total customer satisfaction. Our approach to instituting best practices and controlling product quality addresses basic characteristics such as form, fit, function, reliability, maintainability, appearance, end use product or service, among other aspects contributing to the overall value of internal operations and external customers.
AllCom’s QMS training is conducted prior to the start each program for all assigned AllCom personnel and team partners. This training ensures thorough understanding and consistent application of QMS documents, reports, and communications. Quality documentation includes records for all inspections, tests, task completion, acceptance, audits, equipment and material, calibrations, and inventory and tool control.
AllCom will leverage our team’s capabilities and certifications to consistently improve our processes. Several of our teammates have quality systems that are certificated to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 standards and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3.
